We'd rather you asked before you paid than after. There's no call centre — these go to a real person.
If something on this site isn't clear, or you want to know whether DEALFx does a particular thing before you pay for it, email support@dealfx.io. Tell us which broker you use and what you're trying to do, and you'll get a straight answer — including "no, it doesn't do that".
Same address: support@dealfx.io. It helps to include the email address on your account and roughly when the problem happened, so we can find the right logs.
We aim to reply within one working day. We're a small company in the UK, so evenings and weekends may be slower.
We can't tell you whether to take a trade, what to trade, how much to risk, or what the market is likely to do. That would be financial advice, and we are not authorised to give it. We can explain what any part of the software does and how to set it up.
We also can't act on your broker account. If your broker has rejected an order, suspended your account, or you have a question about your funds, that's between you and them.
For anything about your personal data — a copy of it, a correction, or deletion — email privacy@dealfx.io. You can also download or delete everything yourself from the Profile tab in the app, which is usually faster.

Please note that because DEALCLUB Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Ombudsman Service does not cover complaints about DEALFx. Complaints about your broker go to your broker, who may be covered.
